Josh's love for real estate began at an early age, when on family vacations, his grandparents would hire a realtor to show the prize properties in that area! He went on to obtain degrees in Economics and Finance with concentration in Real Estate from the University of Arkansas. Josh's real estate knowledge is vast and his experience spans more 15 years. Assisting land owners in right of way transactions for gas and oil leases, helping commercial investors buy and sell net lease properties and now working with home buyers and sellers.

A part of Mihara & Associates with Team TLC, Josh utilizes those skills and knowledge to make the home buying and selling process a smooth and enjoyable experience. Knowing that this can be the biggest investment in a person's life, he makes sure to be available for his clients wishes.
